Reporting a figure that looks wrong
Include the calculator, every value you entered, the figure you expected and where it came from — a lender quote, a spreadsheet, a statement. With those, a disagreement can usually be reproduced in minutes. Without the inputs it usually cannot be reproduced at all.
Response time
Messages are read by the person who writes the calculators, not a support desk. Expect a reply within a few working days, and expect reports that disagree with a real quote to be read first.
Your data
Your message and address are kept only as long as it takes to deal with them, never added to a mailing list and never passed to anyone else. There is no newsletter. See the privacy policy.
Suggesting a tool
Welcome — include the decision you are trying to make rather than the calculation you want. A request framed as a calculation often duplicates something that exists; the same request framed as a decision usually points at a better tool.
